Artful dentistry previously operated from Charnwood, and is now located in the beautiful Belconnen suburb of McKellar (next to McKellar shopping complex).
We have been providing high quality dental services to the Canberra region for over a decade. The practice is run by Dr Gita Mazaheri – a caring, highly qualified dentist with over 20 years’ experience.
Dr Gita is supported by a friendly team who go above and beyond to provide the best possible service to our patients. Our practice is fully equipped with modern dental technology, and we invest in continuing education and training to ensure we’re always achieving outstanding results.

Dr Gita Mazaheri
Originally from Persia, Dr Gita has a Doctorate Degree in Medical Sciences and Dentistry and over 20 years’ experience as a dentist.
She is a passionate lifelong learner who is always exploring new dental techniques and products to provide the most advanced treatments to her patients.
Dr Gita loves living in Canberra and being part of her patients’ lives. She believes in treating everyone with the ultimate care and respect, and sees her patients as an extension of her family.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Gita swimming or dining at great restaurants in Canberra and enjoying all the beautiful food they have to offer. Together, these give Gita the power to arrive at the practice on a Monday morning ready to hustle those cavities!
Gendgee Enkhbayar
Gendgee is a passionate dental assistant who has been helping Dr Gita put a smile on patients’ faces for more than 2 years.
He loves the field of medicine and spent his early career exploring different healthcare fields which led him to find a home at Artful Dentistry.
When he’s not working, Gendgee enjoys expanding his knowledge through reading and studying.
James Roche
Artful Dentistry is excited to have James joining on board. James is a passionate student who studies Bachelor of Science & Communications at ANU. He works closely with Dr Mazaheri in the surgery as a part of his role.
When he is not working, James spends some of his time at beautiful beaches around Australia and he also loves surfing!
Sara Yaser
Our lovely Dental Assistant Sara has been part of our team for 3 years now.
Sara is a qualified Dentist from Pakistan and she is completing her ongoing studies in Australia at the moment.
Sara loves to have a Cuppa with her fellow friends at her relaxing times .
Natash Evans
Natasha is a medical science student who is passionate about healthcare system in Australia.
You will find her with her beautiful smile at our Reception helping you with any inquiry you might have.
Natasha is an artist and she says any chance I get to relax is the time to play my Piano
Rae Antonio
We are delighted to have lovely Rae Antonio as our newest Dental Assistant. Rae has joined our team recently and she brings a lot of joy to our working hours in Mckellar with her kind and loving attitude. Rae is studying Medical Science at ANU, and she enjoys watching movies, taking a nice walk and a cuppa with her friends on the weekends.
We are serious about customer service and appreciate when our patients take the time to review us. We have received such great feedback that we have been granted a Service Award from Word of Mouth. We always love to hear from our wonderful patients.
